Ticket holders for postponed events are encouraged to hold onto their tickets as all tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds will be available by submitting a Refund Request Form. In order to receive a refund, all requests must be submitted via the Refund Request Form before the refund deadline. Refund deadlines can be found in the event page.
Before requesting a refund, please consider taking advantage of the Ticket Exchange Program to receive a gift card worth 125% of the base ticket value! By electing to participate in the Ticket Exchange Program not only will ticket holders be investing in the spirit of live music and supporting their local venues, they’ll receive an added benefit for doing so. Choosing to receive a gift card in lieu of a refund will allow ticket funds to be used to revive local venues and in turn the local community. Learn more and apply here.

LOGJAM PRESENTS BOX OFFICE: The Logjam Presents box office in both Missoula (located at the Top Hat Lounge, 134 W Front Street) and Bozeman (located at The Rialto, 10 W Main Street) will resume limited hours of operation beginning Wednesday, May 20, 2020 to allow patrons to claim refunds for ticket purchases made in person.
