VENUE POLICIES

Please see the specific venue below for Logjam’s rules and regulations. Find out policies for Top HatWilmaKettleHouse Amphitheater, and The ELM, Rialto, and Ogren Park regarding age requirements, re-entry, alcohol, prohibited and lost items.

TOP HAT

AGE REQUIREMENTS

The Top Hat is an all-ages venue. Events that run after 10 pm may have age limits of 18+ or 21+ and will be noted on each specific event page. A valid photo ID is required for entry for all patrons appearing under the age of 40.

ALL AGES | For ALL AGES shows, patrons under 16 must be with a parent or guardian who must remain on premise throughout the show.

18+ | For shows that are 18+, we have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking and illegal substances. If you are caught drinking underage, using illegal substances or presenting a fake ID, you will not be allowed back in the venue until you are 21. If you provide alcohol or illegal substances to a minor, you will be banned from the venue. Permanently.

*Patrons under the age of 21 may be subject to a surcharge upon entry for events occurring after 10pm. Please check the specific event page for details.

RE-ENTRY

The Top Hat is a no re-entry venue. However, the back patio will be open. Smoking is allowed but we ask that you please properly dispose of cigarette butts in the smoking receptacles.

PHOTO / VIDEO / AUDIO RECORDING

The Top Hat does not allow any professional photo, video or audio recording unless it has been pre-approved by the artist and the Top Hat. Flash photography is never allowed, as it disrupts the experience of artists and guests.

If you are interested in recording &/or photographing an event please send us an email at least 3 full business days prior to the event.

SMOKING / VAPING

There is no smoking allowed inside of the venue per state law.

The Top Hat has a fresh air section located on the patio directly outside of the back door. Patrons under 21 may use this area but must stay within the gated area. Any patron under 21 that steps outside of the gated during an event will not be allowed back inside of the venue.

Electronic / Vapor smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the venue.

These devices may be used on the back patio. Patrons under 21 may use this area but must stay within the gated area. Any patron under 21 that steps outside of the gated during an event will not be allowed back inside of the venue.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For the safety of our guests, when entering the venue for a concert all patrons are subject to bag searches and screening, including but not limited to metal detector wands.

The following items are prohibited inside the venue. This list is subject to change on a show by show basis. The venue reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, which items are not permitted inside the venue.

Outside beverages & food, Weapons or anything that may be construed as a weapon, Pets (except for service animals), Laser pointers, Glow sticks, GoPros, Selfie sticks, Tablets (IE: iPad, Kindle, etc.), Large bags, purses or backpacks larger than 13″x13″, Bad attitudes

Lost items found at the venue will be held by management for up to one week. To retrieve your lost item(s), please fill out the Logjam Presents lost and found form here. We will get back to you as soon as possible regarding your lost item(s).

WILMA

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Unless otherwise noted, The Wilma is an all-ages venue. All persons, regardless of age, need a ticket to enter the venue for an event. We generally recommend not bringing babies to concerts or movies. If you are bringing a child to the venue, please bring ear protection.

RE-ENTRY

There is no re-entry. Once you are in, you are in. No exceptions.

The Wilma has a full liquor license. To purchase alcohol while attending an event, patrons must present a valid government-issued photo ID and be at least 21 years of age. Please drink responsibly. Please note: Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to purchase, hold or consume alcohol. Any patron found purchasing, holding or consuming alcohol without a valid form ID will be immediately ejected from the venue. Any patron found providing drinks to minors will be immediately ejected and banned from the venue. No exceptions. The venue will also deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification.

KETTLEHOUSE AMPHITHEATER

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Logjam Presents has safety measures so every guest can feel safe and have fun. We will be checking bags and screening upon entry.

Here is what to bring & leave behind:

  • Sunscreen lotion yes – but no spray sunscreen
  • Leave behind anything that comes in spray form
  • You may bring an empty water bottle but no beverages, coolers or flasks
  • Leave behind any food or drugs
  • Anything you have to inflate or build – leave it behind
  • Seating: feel free to bring a towel-sized blanket, small cushion or stadium seat – leave behind any furniture like folding chairs, bean bags, or inflatables. Chairs with legs of any kind will not be permitted. 
  • Anything that can be construed as a weapon like firearms, fireworks, knives or any stabby object – leave behind
  • No transportation like bikes and strollers
  • Leave behind anything you can throw like frisbees, balls, glow sticks
  • Don’t block the view: leave behind any signs, flags, umbrellas
  • All technology: just bring your phone, nothing else – just the phone
  • Sorry: No pets allowed

No strollers or large bags will be allowed into the venue. Please leave these items in your car. Bringing babies or small children to concerts or movies is generally not recommended.

VENDING / PROMOTIONS

Interested in vending or promoting at the KettleHouse Amphitheater? Please contact us for details.

Unauthorized vending and promotions are strictly prohibited on and around the premises. Promotional items will be confiscated.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the main bowl of the amphitheater. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking sections located on the perimeter of the amphitheater.

FOOD / CONCESSIONS

Food concessions are available inside the venue during all KettleHouse Amphitheater events. Please note: no outside food or beverage will be allowed inside the venue and any unauthorized solicitation on the grounds, or in any of the parking lot areas, is strictly prohibited and prosecutable by law.

ALCOHOL / DRINKING

KettleHouse Amphitheater proudly serves locally brewed KettleHouse beer at numerous locations inside of the amphitheater. Mixed drinks and wine are also available at select locations inside of the venue. Please drink responsibly and plan accordingly.

Please note: Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to purchase, hold or consume alcohol. Any patron found purchasing, holding or consuming alcohol without a valid form ID will be immediately ejected from the venue. Any patron found providing drinks to minors will be immediately ejected and banned from the venue. No exceptions. The venue will also deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification.

SAFETY & MEDICAL

The KettleHouse Amphitheater makes every effort to create a fun and safe environment for all patrons. Public and private security and medical staff will be present throughout the entire event. The venue has a medical station near the main entrance. For further questions, please contact us.

Security patrols will be in place before, during and after the event. A team of safety officers will be patrolling the venue and parking lots to ensure a safe and fun concert experience for all.

LOST & FOUND

CAMPING

Unfortunately, there is no on-site camping at the KettleHouse Amphitheater.

RAIN OR SHINE

All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as sunshine, heat, wind or rain. All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.
