As of February 6, 2019, Logjam Presents will now be using Etix as its official ticketing platform. We feel that this is the best ticketing platform for our patrons moving forward.
With that said, please put your mind at ease knowing that all your previously purchased tickets will work perfectly normal for upcoming events.
When you purchase tickets online, it may look a bit different, but it’s nothing you won’t be able to handle… and of course we’re always here to help.
Here’s a few things you’ll want to take note of:
• If you prefer to buy tickets over the phone, the new call-in number is 1 (800) 514-3849. Otherwise, tickets for all events are still available online through the event page on logjampresents.com, in person at one of our Logjam Presents box offices.
• To help us better serve you, remember to always use your preferred email address when purchasing tickets. You’ll thank us later 😉
• Have a gift card? They’ll work the same as they do now. Learn more about Logjam Presents gift cards here.
Still don’t have your questions answered? Check out these FAQ’s here. Other than that, we’re excited for the transition and look forward to an eventful future with all of you!
