Missoula-based rock duo Rotgut Whines ​is thrilled to announce the release of their new single “Sinking Ship” available for FREE download on Bandcamp and SoundCloud. Listen below:

“Sinking Ship”​ is a fast paced, Soul N’ Roll powerhouse. A song that proves that two people can make a lot of noise. The combination of Evan Manuel’s smooth fingerpicking and Andrew Murphy’s rhythmic drum beat forces you to move. The band explains “This song is for our mothers and our sisters. It came from a refined sentiment bound to the illness of a loved one, and is built with a single notion reworked over and over. If I was a woman, I would be a sinking ship.”

The single is off their upcoming LP Over Dead Man’s Things which the band will unveil during their free Album Release Party at the Top Hat on Saturday, May 12th.
