PURCHASING TICKETS

Advance tickets can be purchased online through the event page, in person at the Top Hat, over the phone by calling (877) 987-6487 and at the venue’s box office on the day of the show.

WILL CALL

If a customer elects to have his or her tickets retrieved at will call, the physical tickets will only be available for pick from the venue box office on the day of the show. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

MOBILE

Mobile tickets will be emailed to customers upon purchase confirmation. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they have access to their mobile tickets and are able to open and present the scannable bar code to the door staff upon entry. If the patron is unable to present a valid ticket at the door they will not be permitted into the venue. No exceptions.

PRINT AT HOME

Print At Home tickets must be printed before the show and the physical paperwork must be presented at the door with a scannable bar code. A confirmation email will not suffice.

Ticketing

The Top Hat is typically a general admission venue. Limited fixed-bench seating is available along the floor and in the raised areas on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

All shows are general admission standing room only unless advertised as seated. Please see the specific event page for details.

There are some shows that may be completely seated or have more than one price level such as: V.I.P. raised area, reserved floor “Cabaret” seating, and/or general admission seating.

For ADA seating, please contact us as soon as possible so proper accommodations can be arranged.

Ticketing

The Wilma Box Office is only open on days of events and will generally open 90 minutes prior to the advertised door time. Door times can be found on the event page.

Ticketing

All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as sunshine, heat, wind or rain. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, tickets will not be refunded.

The KettleHouse Amphitheater is an ADA compliant venue. All sections of The KettleHouse Amphitheater are ADA accessible. ADA tickets are available for purchase through the ticket link found on the event page while supplies last. Each ADA ticket is allowed to purchase one additional companion seat. Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available upon request. Please contact us as soon as possible (at least 5 business days) so the proper arrangements can be made. The venue has access to a limited allotment of ALD’s, available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

GENERAL ADMISSION PIT

General admission pit tickets allow access to the level section located directly in front of the stage. This section may vary from standing to seating depending on the event. Please see the specific event page for details.

Please Note:

If you have a PIT or FLOOR ticket, you MUST get your wristband at the front gate BEFORE entering the main bowl of the amphitheater.

STADIUM SEATING

KettleHouse Amphitheater is equipped with state-of-the-art fixed, stadium-style seating located just behind the main pit of the amphitheater. This section may vary from reserved seating to general admission. Please see the specific event page for details.

GENERAL ADMISSION LAWN

General Admission Lawn tickets allow access to the upper standing section of the amphitheater located just above the reserved stadium seating section.
