VENUE CHANGE: Tyler Childers Moved to The Wilma

Due to popular demand, the Tyler Childers concert originally scheduled at the Top Hat has now been moved to The Wilma on October 30, 2018. Tickets for Tyler Childers sold out in less than 2 days, so to accommodate more people, the concert will take place at the bigger venue.

All tickets previously purchased to the Top Hat will be honored at The Wilma. There is no need to exchange or refund tickets.

Remaining tickets are now on sale for Tyler Childers at The Wilma and can be purchased in person at the Top Hat or online here while supplies last.

About Tyler Childers

In 2011, at only 19 years old, Childers released his first album Bottles And Bibles, but it wasn’t until 2017 with his 2nd album Purgatory, when he found his breakout success. The album was well received by fans and critics, garnering him a nomination from the Americana Music Honors & Awards as 2018’s Emerging Artist of the Year.

The 10 song collection is steeped in personal storytellings of the 26 year old’s development from wayward youth to happily married man. To record the album, he enlisted the help of Grammy Award-winning musician and fellow Kentuckian Sturgill Simpson along with Grammy winning sound engineer David Ferguson. They helped Childers capture the gritty but modern mountain sound he was looking for.
