Yellowstone
The Wilma presents “Yellowstone,” Paramount Network’s new epic scripted dramatic series stars world-renowned actor and Oscar®-winner Kevin Costner, who serves in the lead role, “Yellowstone” is written and directed by critically-acclaimed, Oscar®-nominated screenwriter Taylor Sheridan (Wind River, Hell or High Waterand Sicario). “Yellowstone” chronicles the Dutton family, led by John Dutton, who controls the largest contiguous cattle ranch in the United States.
Amid shifting alliances, open wounds, and hard-earned respect – the ranch is in constant conflict with those it borders – an expanding town, an Indian reservation, and America’s first national park. Far from media scrutiny, it is a violent world of poisoned drinking water and unsolved murders. “Yellowstone” is an intense study of the modern west brimming with land developers, energy speculators, assorted politicians, estranged family, and tribal players. Within this pentagon of interests, land lust is insatiable and love is weaponized.

Primus and Mastodon
Taking inspiration from a wide range of sources is part of what’s made Primus one of the most distinctive, innovative bands to date. The trio’s alt/punk/avant-garde/psychedelic/country attack, along with Les Claypool’s surreal, fever-dream lyrics, has resulted in some of rock’s unlikeliest hits.
Every living creature must face the will and judgment of time. Ancient Greeks personified time in the form of the titan Kronos, father of Zeus, and Egyptians celebrated Heh as an abstraction of endless years. Famously, William Shakespeare lamented humanity’s immutable fate as “time’s subjects” in Henry IV. GRAMMY® Award-nominated hard rock band Mastodon ponders the nature of time on their eighth full-length album, Emperor of Sand, on Reprise Bros. Records. Threading together the myth of a man sentenced to death in a majestically malevolent desert, the Atlanta, GA quartet—Troy Sanders (bass/vocals), Brent Hinds (guitar/vocals), Bill Kelliher (guitars) and Brann Dailor (drums/vocals), and conjure the grains of a musical and lyrical odyssey slipping quickly through a cosmic hourglass.
