Fresh off a new album release, genre defying indie group of Montreal will return to Missoula for a concert at the Top Hat on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

of Montreal was formed in 1996 by frontman and multi-instrumentalist Kevin Barnes. They’ve released 15 full length studio albums, including their 2018 release White Is Relic/Irrealis Mood. 

The band is known for their theatrical live performances, often including costume changes, projections, a rotating array of stage props, and an overall eccentric stage presence. Their sound varies from neo-psychedelia to 80s inspired dance music.
