Now Hiring: Top Hat Kitchen Manager

The Top Hat, in downtown Missoula, is seeking a hard working, motivated Kitchen Manager. Applicants must have a minimum five years kitchen experience, proven culinary skills, a positive attitude, strong communications skills and open availability. Prior kitchen management experience a plus.

Duties include managing the kitchen staff when the Chef and Sous Chef are not available, expediting high volume dinner service, ensuring food is prepared and plated to established quality standards, maintaining a clean and functioning kitchen and working the line and calling tickets when needed.
