LISTEN: The Devil Makes Three Makes Four on New Album

California-based Americana trio The Devil Makes Three have just unveiled their new album Chains Are Broken on Friday, August 24, 2018.

The new album enlists the help of their touring drummer Stefan Amidon, so it looks like the trio is now a quartet. Either way, they still hold true to their signature sound, with vocalist/guitarist Pete Bernhard, upright bassist Lucia Turino, and banjoist/guitarist Cooper McBean continuing to produce music with their old-time turned new approach.

Chains Are Broken is the follow up to 2016’s Redemption & Ruin, and is the band’s 6th full length studio album. The 11-song record runs about 37 minutes and has several tunes that are bound to be new favorites.

Tickets to The Devil Makes Three’s upcoming show at The Wilma are still available at the Top Hat and online here.
