The Top Hat and Western Cider are teaming up for a craft cider and gourmet food tasting experience on Sunday, October 7, 2018.
The Cider Dinner will combine five house-made food courses prepared by Top Hat’s Chef, Billy Metzger, with five delicious ciders from Missoula’s own Western Cider. Billy and the owners of Western Cider will describe each pairing before each course, offering insight as to why certain food flavors pair well with each cider’s profile.
Patrons will also be treated to a live performance from a local Missoula band, creating a signature Top Hat atmosphere perfect for the occasion.
The Cider Dinner will be a social event, with large, community tables in which attendees will enjoy a “family style” dinner with their fellow Missoulians.
