Touring in support of their forthcoming album, Boston-based rock band Guster will bring their Look Alive World Tour to the Top Hat on February 11, 2019.

Guster formed in 1993 after meeting at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. In 1995, they debuted their first album Parachute. Since then, they’ve released 6 more full length projects, and are gearing up to drop their 8th album Look Alive, in early 2019.
Each ticket purchased to the Feb. 11th concert will include a digital download of Look Alive. Speaking about the title track, drummer Brian Rosenworcel says it “is an ominous, processed sonic collage with haunting words about waking up and becoming active in the midst of hollow words and fake heroes.” Two singles, “Hard Times” and “Don’t Go,” were released in August of 2018.
Originally released as the second single from 2006’s Ganging Up on the Sun, “Satellite,” earned Guster their first ever Gold record in 2018.
A portion of the concert proceeds will go to REVERB, a non-profit organization founded in 2004 by Adam Gardner of Guster and his wife/environmentalist Lauren Sullivan. REVERB creates and executes comprehensive, custom programs to green the tour itself while engaging concertgoers to take action for the environment.
