Find out below!

Thursday, November 1st
Martha Scanlan & Jon Neufeld

Martha’s fourth album release, The River and The Light,  came out on Oct. 19th, 2018. Produced by her longtime musical collaborator, Jon Neufeld, and recorded at Type Foundry Studios in Portland, Oregon (where Scanlan recorded her third album), The River and The Light is a journey: there is a sense of aliveness and wonder throughout each song and throughout the album, a sense of anticipation of what awaits around the next bend.

Anyone familiar with Martha Scanlan and Jon Neufeld’s unique alchemy on stage will not be surprised by the sense of being taken into the moment – their shows are in and of themselves a journey of improvisation; the way Jon Neufeld’s brilliant innovative guitar playing weaves effortlessly around Scanlan’s timeless songwriting is simply magical.

Todd Rundgren

A Wizard, A True Star. The title of Todd Rundgren’s 1973 solo album aptly sums up the contributions of this multi-faceted artist to state-of-the-art music. He’s a songwriter, producer, interactive artist, video pioneer, and the list goes on. His artistic explorations have helped shape the current music sphere.

Rundgren’s production history is lengthy to say the least, including work with artists like Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Psychedelic Furs, Meatloaf, XTC, Grand Funk Railroad, and Hall And Oates. He also composed all the music and lyrics for Joe Papp’s 1989 Off-Broadway production of Joe Orton’s Up Against It  (the screenplay commissioned by The Beatles for what was meant to have been their third motion picture). He also has composed the music for a number of television series, including Pee Wee’s Playhouse and Crime Story.

Cherub w/ Maddy O’Neal

Jordan Kelley and Jason Huber, better known as CHERUB, have been friends since they went to school together at Middle Tennessee State University. The two met as Jason was playing around town with local bands and Jordan was crafting what would become known as their first album, Man of the Hour.

A few years later they released the song “Doses & Mimosas” which has become a massive hit, receiving more than 70 million Spotify streams. Cherub then went on to release Year of the Caprese in 2014 and Bleed Gold Piss Excellence in 2016. Friends or bandmates — either way you put it — the two have created a bond, which in their words remains “unfuckwithable.”

TAUK has previously played in Missoula, selling out the Top Hat in 2016 for what was an epic String Cheese Incident Afterparty.
