NOLA Funk Fusion: Galactic Confirms Headlining Wilma Performance
A staple of the New Orleans music scene for more than 20 years, jazz-funk rockers Galactic, featuring soul singer-songwriter Erica Falls will bring their Already Ready Already Tour to The Wilma on March 21, 2019.

Galactic has become a favorite in Missoula, headlining concerts at the Top Hat and The Wilma multiple times while gaining a loyal following with their unique brand of modern funk fusion music. They also performed at KettleHouse Amphitheater in September of 2018 when they opened for Trombone Shorty on his Voodoo Threauxdown Tour.
They’ve headlined several festivals and have toured extensively — sharing the stage with acts such as Allman Brothers, Widespread Panic, The Roots, Jack Johnson, The Revivalists and plenty others.
Core members Ben Ellman, Robert Mercurio, Stanton Moore, Jeff Raines and Rich Vogel have consistently pushed artistic boundaries on the road and in the studio, approaching their music with open ears and drawing inspiration as much from the sounds bubbling up from their cityʼs streets as they do from each other.
Erica Falls, a New Orleans native, recently won the Off Beat Magazine Best of the Beat Award in 2017 and Gambit Magazine’s Best New/Emerging Artist Award in 2018.
