Global Fusion Electronica: Beats Antique to Play Missoula Concert

Electronic infused world music ensemble Beats Antique is slated to make their highly anticipated return to The Wilma on February 13, 2019.

RSVP to the Facebook event

The last time Beats Antique stopped in Missoula was shortly after the renovation of The Wilma in October of 2015. It was a packed room, both on the floor and on stage — with dancers, acrobats, and giant blowup creatures. See for yourself and look at the photo gallery here.

A Beats Antique live concert is truly unlike any other. It’s almost more of a visual performance art show with music as its driving force. If you have not seen Beats Antique, you need to. If you have, then you know you need to see them again.

Their studio work consists of 11 albums, starting with their debut LP Tribal Derivations in 2007 and most recent release Shadowbox in 2016.

Based in Oakland, California, the band’s founding members are comprised of Sidecar Tommy (drums), David Satori (violin) and Zoe Jakes (percussion, belly dancing).

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 7 at 10am at The Top Hatonline or by phone at 1 (800) 514-3849. Presale tickets will be available on Dec. 6 (details below). All tickets are general admission standing room only. All ages are welcome. Additional ticketing and venue information can be found here.
