Since their 2014 debut Monsters, Liz Cooper & The Stampede have released 3 live albums and unveiled their most recent studio album Window Flowers in August 2018. American Songwriter praised the album stating:

“Artfully sequenced, Cooper and her players create music that weaves, floats and occasionally dive-bombs into your psyche, sticking there until you realize this is something special. It’s an auspicious, slow-burn introduction to an artist with a vision, one we hope to hear more from.”

2018 was a busy year for the band. They toured with Lord Huron, Deer Tick, Rayland Baxter, Ron Gallo, Blitzen Trapper, Houndmouth, Tyler Childers and also played Firefly Festival and LouFest.

NPR has given Liz and gang high marks, saying they “manage a seamless balance of muted rhythmic sounds and propulsive drive that feels so good.”
