The Last Revel Release New Video for Single “Roses”

Minneapolis-based, “Front Porch Americana” folk collective, The Last Revel, recently released their new music video for the song “Roses.”

Along with their last single, “Rust,” which came out earlier this year, “Roses” will appear on the band’s forthcoming album, Fools Spring, due out May 3rd.

Rachel Hanson, vocalist and guitarist for The Last Revel, spoke to Live For Live Music about the new song, saying:

“Roses” explores seasonal depression from a partner’s point of view. This flip-side of the coin is an essential part of the whole story of mental health, a perspective not often approached let alone spoken frankly about. Depression often leaves in its wake a great deal of heartbreak, and what we decide to do with the pieces changes everything. “Roses” is a decisive song of love that reaches down through the cold and numb to find the passionate core of hope within us all.

Missoula concertgoers will have the chance to listen to some of the new music live in concert when The Last Revel performs at the Top Hat on Saturday, April 6, 2019 — which also happens to be a special day in Montana — 406 Day! Invite your friends and come celebrate with us. The show is only $5. Details here.
