Electronic Meets Americana: Dirtwire Confirm Return to Missoula
Self described “swamptronica” trio Dirtwire will bring their string centric, electro-infused sound to the Top Hat for a live concert on October 3, 2019.

Dirtwire came to the Top Hat for the first time in 2018 and played to a nearly sold out crowd. Check out photos from the high energy show here.
If you’re not familiar, Dirtwire is somewhat of a supergroup — consisting of David Satori of Beats Antique, Evan Fraser of The Dogon Lights & Bolo, and Mark Revelry of Jed and Lucia.
The band sits on the back porch of Americana’s future, conjuring up a whirlwind of sound using traditional instrumentation, world percussion, soundscapes, and electronic beats. Their 6th and most recent album Road Goes All Night was released in 2018. It continues to exhibit the genre defying music they’ve been putting out since their self-titled 2013 release.
They’re also known for their mysterious live performances, where a whirlwind of globally sourced rhythms and beats comes together to form the spawn of Americana and psychedelic electronica.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, July 31st at 10AM at The Top Hat, online or by phone at 1 (800) 514-3849. All tickets are general admission standing room only with limited bench seating available on a first come first served basis. All ages are welcome.
