Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio at the Top Hat
Delivering an infectious blend of soul, jazz and rhythm & blues, the Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio proves to be a band on the rise. Their tantalizing grooves, lush sounds and vibrant jam sessions are always fresh with improvisations strengthened by their undeniable chemistry. This Seattle based trio — Lamarr on B-3 organ, Jimmy James on guitar and Keith Laudieri on drums — evokes a classic instrumental sound with a pioneering, virtuosic sensibility all its own on debut LP Close But No Cigar.
Featured on Seattle’s KEXP’s “Local Artist Spotlight” in July 2017 followed by a live performance at Upstream Music Festival broadcast by KEXP that has garnered over 5 million views, Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio has captured the attention of audiences around the world. The band put out their album independently in 2016 and Colemine Records gave it a wide release in March 2018 to critical acclaim.

Middle Sea at the Top Hat
Middle Sea, the brainchild of Missoula musician Valley Lopez, will celebrate the release of their debut album, New Blue Winter. Drawing from influences like My Morning Jacket, Radiohead, and Arcade Fire, the Missoula-based band shifts between densely orchestrated arrangements and visceral, stripped down songwriting.
The four piece group of Valley Lopez (Rob Quist, Guerrilla Radio), Brady Schwertfeger (Norwell, Arrowleaf), Cove Jasmin (Shakewell), and Jake Whitecar (Mendelssohn) form an eclectic cast of multi-instrumentalists from all corners of the Missoula music scene. Together, they create music that’s been dubbed “exciting”, “epic”, and “full of wonder.” Check out their hilarious new music video here.

Misty Mtn + Chloe Gendrow at the Top Hat
Together, Morissa Trunzo and Lucas Segall are Misty Mtn. They’ve developed a distinctive style of music dubbed “Dark Mountain Pop”. In 2018 they made their live debut during an opening set for Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and quickly became a staple of the New York indie scene. In May 2019 the band released their critically acclaimed debut EP “Missed Your Call.”
Over the past few years, Chloe Gendrow has burst onto the Missoula music scene as a dominant voice in the pop singer-songwriter space. She just got back from playing in Tennessee at the Pilgrimage Music & Culture Festival where Billboard labeled her as the “Coolest Emerging Act.” Her latest EP, 22 Below, dropped earlier this year.
