Brandi Carlile Multi-Night Run to Open KettleHouse Amphitheater 2021

Logjam Presents is very excited to announce that multi-Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile has rescheduled her Missoula performance and will kick off the 2021 KettleHouse Amphitheater summer concert season on Friday, July 2, 2021, but that’s not it! Due to high demand, she’s added a second show on Saturday, July 3, 2021 and a third show on Sunday, July 4th, 2021.

That’s right, three nights of Brandi Carlile LIVE along the beautiful banks of the Blackfoot River to kick off the summer 2021 concert season at the KettleHouse Amphitheater near Missoula.

You’re in luck!  All originally purchased tickets for Brandi Carlile’s 2020 KettleHouse Amphitheater performance will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event on Friday, July 2, 2021. Public On Sale
Tickets for Saturday, July 3, 2021 as well as remaining tickets for Friday, July 2, 2021 will go on sale to the general public at 10am MT on Tue, May 11, 2021 at the Top Hat box office in downtown Missoula and online at logjampresents.com.

General admission standing pit tickets, reserved stadium seating tickets and general admission lawn tickets are available. Shuttle and parking tickets for this event are also available for advance purchase. All ages are welcome.

Rescheduled Event
If you still have Brandi tickets from 2020 and are unable to attend the rescheduled date on Friday, July 2, 2021, refunds will be available until 5pm Friday, May 14 by submitting a Refund Request Form. Refunds will not be available after the refund deadline. Learn more in the FAQ section below.

Q: What if I still have my tickets for Brandi’s 2020 concert that was postponed?

A: If you bought tickets to the 2020 performance and have not requested a refund, or exchanged via the ticket exchange program then you are all set to attend the July 2, 2021 performance – no action needed.

If you DID request a refund, or you DID participate in the ticket exchange program then you will need to repurchase tickets when they become available through the general public on sale. 

If you held onto your tickets from the 2020 performance but are unable to attend the rescheduled performance on Fri, July 2, refunds will be available until 5pm Friday, May 14 by submitting a Refund Request Form.

Q: I bought tickets to Brandi Carlile in 2020 and have not requested any kind of refund. Does that mean I can choose which date to attend in 2021?

A: No, all originally purchased tickets for the 2020 performance will be automatically transferred to the reschedule event on Friday, July 2, 2021.

If you would like to attend Saturday, July 3, 2021 instead, then you will need to request a refund for your original order, and re-purchase tickets during the general public on sale. 

Q: I had tickets for Brandi Carlile in 2020 but requested a refund. Is there any way for me to still get tickets for the new 2021 performances?

A: Yes! Remaining tickets for the July 2 & July 3, 2021 performances will be available during the general public on sale. However, there is a high demand for these performances and tickets are only available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Q: I still have my tickets from 2020 but can’t make it to the show on Friday, July 2, 2021. Can I  transfer them to Saturday, July 3, 2021 instead?

A: No, all originally purchased tickets for the 2020 performance will be automatically transferred to the reschedule event on Friday, July 2, 2021.
