The Infamous Stringdusters Announce Concerts in Missoula and Bozeman for Fall 2022

Grammy award-winning bluegrass quintet, The Infamous Stringdusters, will bring their Toward the Fray Tour to Montana for two shows in 2022. They’ll perform at The Wilma in Missoula on Friday, November 11th, followed by The ELM in Bozeman on Saturday, November 12th.

The Infamous Stringdusters released their latest album, Toward the Fray, earlier this year. Folk Alley praised the album and the band, writing:

“On Toward the Fray The Infamous Stringdusters—Andy Hall on dobro, Andy Falco on guitar, Chris Pandolfi on banjo, Travis Book on bass, Jeremy Garrett on fiddle—are playing at the top of their game, showcasing their brilliant songwriting, their flawless harmonies, their impeccable instrumentation, and their soaring vocals.”

The Infamous Strindusters have an impressive, award winning catalog of music, but they shine even brighter on stage. Last year fans saw the Dusters hit The ELM and The Wilma for a couple of stellar performances, and we can’t wait to have them back for another round. If you’ve yet to see the Dusters live, do yourself a favor and grab a ticket to one of their shows!

About The Infamous Stringdusters

After finally being in the same room for the first time in six months, the Infamous Stringdusters seized the moment for their revealing new album, Toward the Fray. Inspired by self-reflection and a strong sense of solidarity, the project documents the Grammy Award-winning group’s remarkable growth as instrumentalists as well as songwriters. Released on their own label, Americana Vibes, the collection also firmly establishes the band’s stature on the modern acoustic music landscape, where they’ve built a solid and enduring fan base among traditional and progressive audiences alike.

The five band members – Travis Book (bass), Andy Falco (guitar), Jeremy Garrett (fiddle), Andy Hall (Dobro), and Chris Pandolfi (banjo) — wrote the songs on Toward the Fray separately, sending simple phone demos to each other during lockdown. Fueled by friendship and a mastery of their instruments, the 13-track collection feels live, but not necessarily loose, due to a synergy that’s developed over the last 16 years of playing sheds, clubs, and festival stages across the country.
