KettleHouse Amphitheater Unveils 2023 Top Hat Concession Menu

The KettleHouse Amphitheater is excited to announce its 2023 concession menu! The fine people at the Top Hat have been working hard to curate a selection of delicious and satisfying options for you to enjoy while rock along the Blackfoot River. Let’s take a look.

First up on the menu, Classic Fries. You can’t go wrong. If you want to bump up the flavor, try the Truffle Fries w/ parmesan cheese, truffle oil and garlic or Greek Fries w/ feta, lemon, Mediterranean spice, and Tzatziki.

For a light snack that doesn’t sacrifice any flavor, try the Elote featuring corn on the cob w/ lime juice, cotija, and tajin seasoning.

Looking for some comfort food? The Macaroni & Cheese is sure to hit the spot or go with the tried and true Chicken Strips & Fries served with two sauces of your choice (Truffle Buffalo, Tzatziki, Honey Mustard, Ancho-Raspberry BBQ, and Ranch.)

“Is there a vegetarian option?” That’s a question we hear a lot and you’ll be happy to know that YES, there is! Top Hat Concessions will be serving Falafel and Rice featuring saffron rice and coconut raita.

If you’re craving something savory, the Pepper Brat Cheese Hoagie is a great choice. Made with a local KOP jalapeno cheddar beer brat, topped w/ onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, and cheese sauce, this is bound to be a fan favorite this season. Another hearty option is the Pulled Pork Sandwich with ancho-raspberry BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and sweet heat pickles.

For dessert, indulge in Big Dipper Ice Cream, available in Huckleberry and Tangerine Sorbet flavors.
