Missoula Rock Lotto

The legend that is Missoula Rock Lotto returns! On just one cold night each winter, the alchemy born from Missoula’s talented music community creates a strange brew that will knock you clean out of your moon boots. Missoula Rock Lotto: “44 Days” will showcase a handful of albums released over the course of 44 days in 1991 that wiped clean the rock landscape and drenched it in a new spectrum of sound. Our one-night-only bands will blast these masterpieces in 30-minute blocks in their own unique idiom while navigating the inclusion of other unorthodox assignments along the way. Will Karen Carpenter take over drumming duties for Def Leppard? Will the Eagles reunite as the world’s most illin’ hip-hop crew? Will ABBA go flannel? There’s only one way to find out. Proceeds from Missoula Rock Lotto go to KFGM – Missoula Community Radio.
