Mother Mother Announce Concert at The Wilma
Indie rock band Mother Mother will perform at The Wilma in Missoula on Saturday, September 14, 2024 with support from Los Angeles-based indie outfit Winnetka Bowling League.
Mother Mother, hailing from British Columbia, Canada, has carved out a distinct niche in the indie rock scene. With a career spanning nearly two decades and boasting an impressive discography of nine albums, the band has garnered a dedicated following drawn to their eclectic sound and sharp wit. In recent years, Mother Mother has enjoyed several of their songs going viral on TikTok including “Hayloft,” “Arms Tonite,” and “Wrecking Ball” — all from the band’s 2008 album O My Heart.
Their latest album, Grief Chapter, was released earlier this year via Warner Records. Flood Magazine praised the album’s “gloriously poppy hooks” and said it’s “an important, inventive, and inspiring reminder to make the most of it while we can.”
