The Flaming Lips Announce Return to KettleHouse Amphitheater in 2025

Iconic psychedelic alt-rock band, The Flaming Lips, will return to KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, MT on September 16, 2025.

With their surreal stagecraft, otherworldly visuals, and euphoric wall-of-sound energy, The Flaming Lips have built a legacy as one of the most entertaining forces in American rock music.

Formed in 1983 in Oklahoma City, the band has earned three GRAMMY Awards, a Tony nomination, and widespread acclaim for their singular mix of experimental rock and emotional songwriting. Led by visionary frontman Wayne Coyne — known for his larger-than-life live performances and whimsical artistic sensibility — the group continues to push creative boundaries in both music and visual art.

Their 2002 release Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots became an instant classic, earning Gold certification and landing them on countless “must-see live” lists — including Q Magazine’s “50 Bands to See Before You Die.” Over the years, they’ve collaborated with artists like Kacey Musgraves, Miley Cyrus, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, and Yoko Ono.
