White Claw PRE-SHOW

Get to the venue early and stop by and say hello to White Claw near the Top Hat concession area. On both nights, White Claw will be offering FREE samples to guests ages 21 and older from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, along with swag while supplies last. Plus, keep an eye out for Surprise & Delight opportunities, including pit upgrades and venue merch packages.

Take the Groove Shuttle for the easiest way to get to and from KettleHouse Amphitheater and with unlimited availability you’ll always have a safe ride to and from the show.

Make a night of it! Head downtown, grab dinner, and stop by Groove Solventless above Top Hat with your ticket stub to learn how to ride the shuttle free (21+ only).

And before you head out, grab a shuttle beverage from the Top Hat bar to crack open and enjoy on the ride.

BIKING

LOCATION
Bike racks are located just inside the Premium Lot entrance on Cold Smoke Lane. All cyclists should use Cold Smoke Lane for venue entry and exit.

BRING
Your own bike lock. Racks are first-come, first-served.

SAFETY
Use lights/reflective gear after dark, follow traffic laws and trail etiquette, ride responsibly and watch for vehicle traffic near the venue.

PLAN AHEAD

Current Forecast: Expect a high of 64°F and a low of 43°F. Don’t forget—it can get chilly after the sun sets!

Clear Bag Policy: Only clear bags (12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller) and small clutch’s (4.5″ x 6.5″ or smaller) are allowed. Opaque and oversized bags will not be permitted. Approved clear bags are available for purchase online and in person at the venue and Top Hat box offices.

Have Your Tickets Ready: Download your tickets to your phone wallet or Ticketmaster account before arrival, cell service can be spotty!

Cashless Venue: Food and beverage transactions are cashless; all major cards and mobile pay are accepted. Box Offices and Merchandise Areas will still accept cash.

Weather: The KettleHouse Amphitheater is an outdoor venue, and Montana weather is often temperamental. Check the forecast and dress for changing Montana weather, including cooler evenings.

Policies & Procedures: Please familiarize yourself with the venue policies and procedures regarding what you can and cannot bring into the venue. Upon arrival to the venue, be prepared for bag checks, and note that camping chairs (or any chairs with legs) and strollers are not allowed.

Dinner and a Show: Enjoy dinner and drinks downtown before the show at Top Hat to enjoy their seasonal menu and convenient shuttle access. Before hopping on the shuttle, be sure to stop in and try The Night We Met a special cocktail inspired by the beloved Lord Huron song and available for a limited time.

Concessions: Enjoy a variety of food and drinks from Top Hat Catering and Worden’s Market at the show. Be sure to also check out the Top Hat Taco Truck located in the concession area just west of the main entrance. Check out the menu!

Bars: Grab a drink without missing the action! In addition to the full bars located on both sides of the venue, a supplemental bar will be available at the top of the lawn on Night 1 for added convenience. Guests 21+ must have a valid wristband and ID to purchase or carry alcohol. Guests found drinking or holding an alcoholic beverage without a wristband will be removed from the venue. Be sure to check out the drink menu before the show!

Frozen Treats! Grab some Big Dipper Ice Cream and Sorbet at Worden’s (West Bar) and a Frozen Cocktail (East Bar Cove).

Stay Hydrated: Fill empty water bottles at water stations near each bar and left of the Merch area.

Crazy Creek Chair Rentals are available near the entrance of the Amphitheater.

General Store: Sunscreen, clear tote bags, chapstick, earplugs, rain ponchos, sunglasses, poster tubes, lighters, venue merch and more are available at the general store tent across from the security office near the main entrance to the venue.

FAQ's

Can I leave my car in the parking lot overnight?

The parking lot will close 1 hour after the conclusion of the event. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING will be permitted (vehicles will be towed at owners expense). Please plan accordingly.

Where is Will Call?

Each Logjam venue has a box office located near the main entrance.

Can I bring a chair?

We do not allow folding chairs, but feel free to bring a towel-sized blanket, small cushion or stadium seat.

Can we bring food into the venue?

There is NO outside food or beverage allowed inside the venue. There will be bar service and food available at concessions. We encourage you to bring an empty water bottle that you can fill at the venue.

Can I tailgate before the event?

Tailgating is not permitted at the KettleHouse Amphitheater. Once your vehicle is safely parked, please proceed into the venue.

Can my friend pick up my tickets?

TICKETMASTER: In order for someone to use tickets purchased by another individual, the tickets must be transferred directly via the Ticketmaster mobile app.

ETIX: If someone else is picking up your tickets please provide this person with the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets and a photocopy of your picture ID. For additional assistance, please contact eTix.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under the age of 2 are permitted without a ticket but must have adequate hearing protection. No strollers or large bags will be allowed into the venue. Please leave these items in your car. Bringing babies or small children to concerts or movies is generally not recommended.

Is there an ATM?

Yes, ATM service is available inside of the venue.

Is there camping?

There are various camping options surrounding Bonner, MT but there will not be on-site camping during concerts. The venue parking lot will close 1 hour after the conclusion of the event. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING will be permitted (vehicles will be towed at owners expense). Please plan accordingly.

I don’t have a printer, can the box office print my ticket?

NO. Please request “Will Call” or “Mobile Ticket” at the time of purchase.

Are beverages allowed on the shuttle?

Yes. The shuttles allow unopened, canned beverages purchased from the Top Hat. Under no circumstances will open containers and/or beverages purchased elsewhere be allowed on the shuttles.

If I have pit tickets, do I also have access to the lawn?

We ask that all patrons remain in their dedicated section throughout the duration of the event.

If I have reserved seating tickets, do I also have access to the pit?
No. Reserved seating ticket holders do not have access to the pit.
Does my PARKING pass allow me to ride the shuttle to and from the Amphitheater?

No. Advanced purchase parking passes only allow your own personal vehicle parking at the KettleHouse Amphitheater. To ride the Groove shuttle service, you must purchase a Groove shuttle ticket for the corresponding event. Please make sure you have the correct type of ticket before heading to the show.

Am I allowed to smoke on the shuttle?

No. Smoking of any kind is prohibited while riding the shuttles.

Can I purchase shuttle tickets on the day of the show?

Yes. You can purchase shuttle tickets on the day of the show at the Groove tent (outside the Top Hat in downtown Missoula). Shuttle tickets are also available for purchase in advance online through the event page.

Does parking sell out?

Yes, parking can sell out. For events with high demand parking, advance parking sales may end early, in which case a limited amount of parking passes will be available for purchase at the venue on the day of the show on a first come first serve basis.

If you’re worried about parking availability, we highly suggest taking the shuttles. Shuttles do not sell out!
I bought Will Call tickets for a group of people, can I leave multiple names so they can be picked up separately?

Please download your tickets before reaching the venue at a location with reliable cell service and a strong internet connection. Some venues, like KettleHouse Amphitheater, may experience high traffic and weak cell service, which can make ticket downloads challenging.
