Spring is all about changes: snow melts, flowers bloom, and temperatures rise. In the spirit of change, The Top Hat Lounge in downtown Missoula has a new lineup of healthy and fulfilling options on the Summer 2017 menu. Offering “a little something for everybody,” Top Hat chef Billy Metsger “doesn’t hold back;” resulting in an exciting blend of cultures, fresh-ingredients and flavors.

From openers like zucchini pancakes, to headliners like ginger pork lettuce wraps and summer vegetable cauliflower curry, big flavor isn’t sacrificed on healthier dishes. One will encounter vegan, vegetarian, paleo and gluten-free friendly options in addition to hearty entrees made with local and organic ingredients.
Metsger, an Alabama native, grew up cooking with his mother and grandmother in the Deep South, referring to his style as “comfort food with a twist.” He finds his inspiration from personal research, incorporating ingredients he uses in his home with new material.
