ALOK Brings Hairy Situation: A Comedy Show to Missoula
Missoula—get ready for a night of razor-sharp wit, big laughs, and thought-provoking humor! Internationally acclaimed poet, comedian, and actor ALOK is bringing their new show, Hairy Situation: A Comedy Show, to The Wilma in Missoula on September 10, 2025.
Renowned for their fearless blend of comedy and commentary, ALOK has captivated audiences across more than 40 countries with sold-out performances, including appearances at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Netflix is a Joke Festival. They are the creator of the acclaimed comedy special BIOLOGY! and the subject of the Sundance-featured documentary short ALOK, produced by Jodie Foster.
As an author, ALOK’s penned globally celebrated works like Beyond the Gender Binary, Femme in Public, and Your Wound, My Garden. On screen, ALOK has appeared in HBO’s The Sex Lives of College Girls, Sort Of, and Random Acts of Flyness, as well as Netflix’s Gender Agenda Comedy Special and Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness.
