Logjam Presents is thrilled to announce a new state-of-the-art venue coming in 2027 — the Missoula Mini Sphere — a revolutionary 360° music venue set to make Montana a global capital of live experiences.

Inspired by the Las Vegas Sphere — but perfectly scaled for Missoula — the Mini Sphere will seat 5,000 guests inside a geodesic dome built for world-class concerts and 4D theatre experiences. The venue will be located right along the Clark Fork River. Exact location is pending and will be decided by a public vote, likely on Reddit and Instagram Polls.

The Missoula Mini Sphere will feature “Sphere-O-Phonic” full-surround audio and a 360° LED Sky Ceiling capable of stunning 3D graphics. The ceiling will also be able to retract, giving audiences an open-air experience when the weather cooperates. Cameras submerged in the Clark Fork River will live-stream underwater views during many shows.

“We want to create something that wraps the music around you like a warm flannel hug,” said Logjam spokesperson Trixie McFoolery. “Small enough to feel local, but big enough to attract hella people from around the world…technically speaking.”

Seating sections along with the stage will have cutting-edge modular functionality — sections will be able to rotate, rise, and move around the stage while the stage itself moves. Think Tilt-A-Whirl fair ride, but add a rock show and make it way headier.

Carbon-negative design will play a major role in the Mini Sphere. Seventy-five percent of the entire structure will be made of recycled Montana beer cans and reclaimed lumber from the Blackfoot, Clark Fork, and Bitterroot Rivers. The walls will be embedded with moss and edible microgreens so you can snack for free while you enjoy the show.

Of course, full concessions and bars will also be available, and the legendary Guy Fierri will run a special diner packed with locally sourced Montana fare.

Naturally, such a venue deserves an epic grand opening. Drumroll please… prepare for the co-headliner you never thought possible — Phishh & Taylor Swifft — a massive show guaranteed to bring two very different crowds together to form a sphere full of Swishies. We can’t wait!

Tickets go on sale… NEVER.

APRIL FOOLS!

Yeah, sorry — the Mini Sphere isn’t real (yet). Just like the KettleHouse aquarium, ELMers, the TOT Hat, Logjam Smuckers, and Wilma zipline, this was all in good fun and is totally not happening. A Missoula Mini Sphere sounds kind of cool but we have enough going on.

There’s plenty of real live music ahead of us at The Wilma, ELM, Top Hat, and very soon, the KettleHouse Amphitheater! Check out the full lineup!
