Logjam Presents and Top Hat employ an amazing group of people that work together to create a leading hospitality company focused on delivering exceptional entertainment experiences and industry-leading food and beverage services.

Logjam owns and operates the historic Wilma in downtown Missoula, Montana, the KettleHouse Amphitheater on the banks of the Blackfoot River in Bonner, Montana and the newly constructed ELM in Bozeman, Montana. The Top Hat Restaurant and Bar is a full-service restaurant and bar operation located in downtown Missoula, Montana.

Departments across Logjam Presents and Top Hat include Operations, Production, Marketing, Box Office, Talent Buying, Accounting, Kitchen, Bar, Front of House, Concessions and Custodial. There are a wide range of positions within each department and every one of them is vital to Logjam and Top Hat’s mission. From backstage security to box office operator, line cook to server, street teamer to swamper – it really does take a village.

  • Logjam's custodial staff is responsible for cleaning at various venues in Missoula & Bozeman (Top Hat, Wilma, Kettlehouse Amphitheater, Rialto and ELM). In addition, custodial staff may handle event setup and in some cases, event teardown. The custodial staff places a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication with one another in order to complete each day's workload in an efficient and timely manner. Experienced cleaners are preferred, but we are happy to train anyone with the right attitude and work ethic. Please be aware that this position has a strong emphasis on physical labor, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs will be required. Please confirm if you are able to do the following.
