Tickets go on sale on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 10AM and will be available to purchase in person at Logjam Presents Box Offices and online while supplies last. General admission standing room only, reserved balcony seating and reserved balcony loge seating tickets are available. All ages are welcome.

Say goodbye to 2026 with two of Montana’s best bands! North Fork Crossing bring their party-ready bluegrass to The ELM in Bozeman on December 31, 2026, for a New Year’s Eve celebration with special guests Jampoke.

$1 from every ticket sold goes to Thrive, a non-profit organization in Bozeman helping provide families with the resources, tools, and support they need to raise healthy, successful children.

Based in the Gallatin Valley, North Fork Crossing blends traditional bluegrass with modern jam improvisation, while exploring sounds from across the musical spectrum. In 2025, the band was named the Emerging Artist Award winner at the Red Ants Pants Music Festival, adding to their growing reputation across Montana. Songs like “Ear to the Ground” and “Lonesome” showcase their talent for pairing bluegrass roots with a modern, jam-oriented spirit.

North Fork Crossing released their self-titled debut album in 2024 and recently followed it up with Portland Rose, their latest record. With two albums under their belt and an increasingly exciting live show, they’re ready to take The ELM into the new year.

Joining the celebration is Jampoke, the Bozeman-based band fusing soulful Americana storytelling with electric jam-rock improvisation, as heard on tracks like “Turtle Charlie.” 

Together, the two local acts are bringing plenty of grooves, jams, and Montana-made music to the dance floor. Round up your crew, grab your dancing shoes, and get ready to ring in 2027 with North Fork Crossing and Jampoke at The ELM!

About North Fork Crossing

North Fork Crossing is a new-age Bluegrass band that resides between the Traditional music world with their timeless fiddle tunes and ballads, and the Jamgrass community with their intricate improvisation and energetic peaks. With the addition of modern covers and old time country songs, they explore a vast terrain of genres. Their captivating shows are everchanging and will leave you dancing and wondering what they could possibly do next.

Founded in 2021, North Fork Crossing was formed out of a rekindled friendship formed at Montana Fiddle Camp. It has since grown into powerful five piece band. The quintet — Cade Slayden (guitar), Ryan Kelly (mandolin), Rabi Phelan (upright bass), Silas Rea (fiddle), and Matt Hickey (banjo) — are drawn to having Bluegrass reach a new generation, priding themselves on their unique sound as the evolution of string band music. They have quickly made their presence known around the West, most notably in the beautiful Gallatin Valley where they are based.

North Fork Crossing has recently released their debut, self-titled album. North Fork Crossing (2024) explores the Bozeman band’s origins, consisting of songs played live since their inception. This includes original fiddle tunes, high-paced exploratory bluegrass, and ballads focused on songwriting and precision. Although they are known for their live performances, the album is a well-rounded and powerful introduction to the band’s studio work.

Just as a Cowpoke watches over their cattle, Jampoke is always chasing the next Jam. Blending deep grooves with rich Americana storytelling, the band creates an experience that’s as immersive as it is unpredictable. With roots stretching across the Rocky Mountains, their music explores our connection to the outdoors and the landscapes we call home. Their captivating shows are ever-changing and will leave you dancing and wondering where they will take you next. The 6-piece consists of James Thomas (guitar), James Knudtsen (keys), Jay Alford (bass), Reed Lando (saxophone), Cole Pierce (Drums), and Sebi Radl-Jones (Percussion). The band released their debut album, Walk into the Trees, in June 2025 and has since been bringing their sound to stages across the Rocky Mountains. Heading into 2026, Jampoke is pushing forward with new ambitions and a live album on the horizon.
