*Please note: Refunds will only be issued in the event of a cancellation. All other sales are final and refunds are not available.

When is the Box Office open?

Day of Show: The venue box office will open for ticket sales and will-call pick up one hour before the door time for an event. For door times, please visit the appropriate event page.

*Please note that the Top Hat box office will close 1 hour early on KettleHouse Amphitheater show days. The KettleHouse Amphitheater box office will open 1.5 hours prior to door time for an event. For door times, please visit the appropriate event page.

I bought a shuttle/parking pass for a show that was cancelled. Will these be refunded?

Yes, parking/shuttle passes will be refunded automatically if a show is cancelled.

What if I purchased my tickets with cash in person from a Logjam Presents venue or Box Office?

If you purchased your tickets in person with cash from one of the official Logjam Presents box offices (either at the Top Hat Lounge in Missoula or The ELM in Bozeman), please bring your physical tickets with you to your original point of purchase during regular Box Office hours. Current box office hours can be found here.

What if I purchased my tickets with a Logjam Presents gift card?

If you purchased tickets with a Logjam Presents gift card, please email boxoffice@logjampresents.com to have the funds sent back to your card.
