Sigh. We know… it’s a bummer for everyone when a show is canceled. Hopefully, we’ll have another show for you to go to in the future.
In the meantime, you’re probably wondering about a refund and rightfully so.
Below, you’ll find a short list of FAQ’s that should have everything you need to know about a refund.
*Please note: Refunds will only be issued in the event of a cancellation. All other sales are final and refunds are not available.
Refund FAQ
- Can I pick up my Will Call ticket before the box office opens on the day of the event?
NO. Will Call usually opens at least an hour before the door time of an event.
- What if I purchased my tickets with a Logjam Presents gift card?
If you purchased tickets with a Logjam Presents gift card, please email boxoffice@logjampresents.com to have the funds sent back to your card.
- What if I purchased my tickets with cash in person from a Logjam Presents venue or Box Office?
If you purchased your tickets in person with cash from one of the official Logjam Presents box offices (either at the Top Hat Lounge in Missoula or The ELM in Bozeman), please bring your physical tickets with you to your original point of purchase during regular Box Office hours. - When is the Box Office open?
Day of Show:
The venue box office will open for ticket sales and will-call pick up one hour before the door time for an event. For door times, please visit the appropriate event page.Missoula: The Logjam Presents Box Office in Missoula is located at the Top Hat Restaurant & Bar at 134 West Front Street, Missoula, MT 59802. Box Office hours are as follows:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

*Please note that the Top Hat box office will close 1 hour early on KettleHouse Amphitheater show days. The KettleHouse Amphitheater box office will open 1.5 hours prior to door time for an event. For door times, please visit the appropriate event page.

Sunday: Closed- I bought a shuttle/parking passes for a show that was canceled. Will these be refunded?
Yes, parking/shuttle passes will be refunded automatically if a show is canceled.
