About KettleHouse Amphitheater

For those concertgoers and artists seeking a unique outdoor live music experience, there are few venues better than the new KettleHouse Amphitheater.  Located adjacent to the award-winning KettleHouse Brewery, and nestled on the banks of the Blackfoot River, the 4,000 capacity KettleHouse Amphitheater provides artists and concertgoers a uniquely Montana entertainment experience.

Serving as the only dedicated outdoor venue in the region, the KettleHouse Amphitheater provides a state-of-the-art steel structure stage, permanent concession areas that provide full beverage service, first-rate artist accommodations and various ticket purchase options for concertgoers, including reserved permanent stadium seating, general admission standing pit and general admission lawn seating.

Not from Montana?  Plan your next outdoor vacation around a concert at the KettleHouse Amphitheater.  Located near three of the nation’s premier fly fishing rivers (the Blackfoot, the Clark Fork and the Bitterroot), anglers that love music are in paradise.  If fishing is not your thing, the Kettlehouse Amphitheater is just a short drive from world-class hiking and camping, including, but not limited to the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area and Glacier National Park.

Parking/Shuttles/Transportation

Carpooling and alternative transportation to and from the KettleHouse Amphitheater is encouraged to reduce congestion on-site.Patrons that do decide to drive are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for entry/parking.

SHUTTLES | On nights of events, shuttle service will be available from The Top Hat in downtown Missoula. The Top Hat is located at 134 West Front Street, Missoula, Montana 59802 (Directions). Shuttle times & details will vary from one event to the next. Please see the specific event page for details.

PARKING | Parking at the KettleHouse Amphitheater will be available for $5.00/space (map above). Enter through the main parking entrance (Whitehouse Lane) and parking staff will direct you to the correct area. Traffic will be heavy on days of events. Please plan accordingly .(Direction)

PARKING LOT HOURS | On days of events, the parking lot will generally open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled door time. Door time can be found in the specific event page.

OVERNIGHT PARKING | There is no overnight parking permitted on-site. Any vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owners expense. The KettleHouse Amphitheater does not condone drinking and driving. If you plan on drinking, please take the necessary precautions to ensure you and your party have a safe ride when leaving the venue.

Please note: County ordinances strictly prohibit consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lot. 

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP | A dedicated drop-off/pick-up zone is located adjacent to the new KettleHouse Brewing facility next to the main entrance of the venue. Enter through the main parking entrance, notify parking staff and they will direct you to the correct area.

Please note: In order to maintain steady traffic flow, vehicles that are picking up patrons will not be permitted to line up on-site. Please coordinate pick-ups prior to pulling into the site.

ADA PARKING & ENTRANCE | Limited accessible parking is available near the main entrance to the venue. Enter through the main parking entrance and parking staff will direct you to the correct parking area. (Direction)

What To Bring

Because weather conditions may be extreme in Western Montana, it is recommended to come prepared for varying conditions. Here is a list of suggested items to consider bringing to an event. Please also see our list of prohibited items to reduce issues upon entry.

  • Hat

  • Empty water bottle or factory sealed bottle of water (one per patron will be permitted). Refill stations will be available inside of the venue.

General admission lawn may bring:

    • May be used during set breaks but must be put away during the concert
  • Small cushion/padded stadium seats

For the safety of our guests, when entering the venue for a concert all patrons are subject to bag searches and screening, including but not limited to metal detector wands.

Food/Beverage/Concessions

Concession will be available from local food vendors inside of the venue. Wine, beer, liquor and assorted non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase inside of the venue.

Venue Layout/Sections

General Admission Pit
General admission pit tickets allow access to the level section located directly in front of the stage. This section may vary from standing to seating depending on the event. Please see the specific event page for details.

Please Note: If you have a PIT or FLOOR ticket, you MUST get your wristband at the front gate BEFORE entering the main bowl of the amphitheater.

Stadium Seating
The new KettleHouse Amphitheater is equipped with state-of-the-art fixed, stadium style seating located just behind the main pit of the amphitheater. This section may vary from reserved seating to general admission. Please see the specific event page for details.

General Admission Lawn
General Admission Lawn tickets allow access to the upper standing section of the amphitheater located just above the reserved stadium seating section.

** HOLD ON to your ticket stub. You will need it to access various areas within the amphitheater.

Venue FAQ's

Is there an ATM?

Yes, ATM service is available inside of the venue.

What forms of payment are accepted within the venue?

The venue accepts cash, credit and debit cards. ATM service is also available. Checks are not accepted.

What time can I get into the parking lot?

See “Parking” section.

Can I leave my car in the parking lot overnight?

See “Parking” section.

Is there an opening act for the event I am attending?

Most events have opening acts. On occasions these acts are added last minute.  Please check the specific event page for information.

Can I tailgate before the event?

Generally, yes. However, tailgating must remain in the confines of your parking spot and open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the parking lots. Please see “Prohibited Items” for details on what is/isn’t permitted at the venue.

Can I float/raft/tube to the venue?

Unfortunately, floating to the venue is not permitted…

Is there camping?

There are various camping options surrounding Bonner, MT but there will not be on-site camping during concerts. See “Hotel/Lodging” section for suggestions.

Purchasing Tickets

Advance tickets can be purchased online through the event page, in person at The Top Hat, over the phone by calling (877) 987-6487 and at The KettleHouse Box Office on the day of the show.

Online tickets will be available until 4:00 PM on the day of the show. After which remaining tickets may be purchased at the Box Office while supplies last.

Please note: We highly recommend that patrons only buy tickets directly from the venue or from the above mentioned ticket outlets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS. There is no guarantee that these tickets will be valid. We cannot reprint or refund you for an invalid ticket. Logjam Presents has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any third party vendors.

WILL CALL | MOBILE | PRINT AT HOME

Will Call

If a customer elects to have his or her tickets retrieved at will call, the physical tickets will only be available for pick from the KettleHouse Amphitheater box office on the day of the show. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

Mobile

If a customer elects to have his or her tickets available via mobile their ticket will be emailed to them upon purchase confirmation and available on their mobile device to be scanned at the door. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they have access to their mobile tickets and are able to open and present the scannable bar code to the door staff upon entry. If the patron is unable to present a valid ticket at the door they will not be permitted into the venue. No exceptions.

Print At Home

Print At Home tickets must be printed before the show and the physical paperwork must be presented at the door with a scannable bar code. A confirmation email will not suffice.

Box Office/Will Call

The KettleHouse Amphitheater Box Office/Will Call is located directly in front of the main entrance to the amphitheater. The Box Office is only open on days of events and will generally open in unison with parking.

Accessibility/ADA/ALD's

ACCESSIBILITY | The KettleHouse Amphitheater is an ADA compliant venue.

ADA | All sections of the The KettleHouse Amphitheater are ADA accessible. ADA tickets are available for purchase through the ticket link found in the event page while supplies last. Each ADA ticket is allowed to purchase one additional companion seat.

ALD | Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available upon request. Please contact us as soon as possible (at least 5 business days) so the proper arrangements can be made. The venue has access to a limited allotment of ALD’s, available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

Rain or Shine

All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as sunshine, heat, wind or rain. Dress accordingly as the temperature may drop noticeably after sunset.

Ticketing FAQ's

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. Unless a show is cancelled, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an event is cancelled, please seek your refund from the point of purchase. For more information on ticketing, please contact Ticketfly customer support.

Can I visit my friends who have tickets in a different section?

Patrons may mingle in common areas during breaks in the performance but all ticket holders must stay within their designated ticket areas during the performance.

Can my friend pick up my tickets?

If someone else is picking up your tickets please provide this person with the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets and a photocopy of your picture ID. For additional assistance, please contact Ticketfly Customer Service.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under the age of 2 are permitted without a ticket but must have adequate hearing protection. No strollers or large bags will be allowed into the venue. Please leave these items in your car. Bringing babies or small children to concerts or movies is generally not recommended.

When and where can I pick up my will call tickets?

Will Call tickets can be picked up from the venue box office on the day of the performance only. For more details, please see the “Ticketing” section.

How can I earn free tickets?

Interested in getting involved and earning free tickets to shows? Please contact our media director for details.

The show says that it is sold out. Will any more tickets be released?

Unfortunately, no. When an event is marked as “Sold Out” that means all tickets have been purchased. As a general practice, we encourage patrons to purchase tickets as early as possible as events often sell out.

Photo, Video, Audio Recording

KettleHouse Amphitheater does not allow any professional photo, video or audio recording unless it has been pre-approved by the artist and KettleHouse Amphitheater. Flash photography is never allowed, as it disrupts the experience of artists and guests.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the main bowl of the amphitheater. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking sections located on the perimeter of the amphitheater.

Electronic/Vapor smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the main bowl of the amphitheater.

Alcohol/Drinking

KettleHouse Amphitheater proudly serves locally brewed KettleHouse beer at numerous locations inside of the amphitheatre. Mixed drinks and wine are also available at select locations inside of the venue. Please drink responsibly and plan accordingly.

Please note: Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to purchase, hold or consume alcohol. Any patron found purchasing, holding or consuming alcohol without a valid form ID will be immediately ejected from the venue. Any patron found providing drinks to minors will be immediately ejected and banned from the venue. No exceptions. The venue will also deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification.

Safety & Medical

The KettleHouse Amphitheater makes every effort to create a fun and safe environment for all patrons. Public and private security and medical staff will be present throughout the entire event. The venue has a medical station near the main entrance. For further questions, please contact us.

Security patrols will be in place before, during and after the event. A team of safety officers will be patrolling the venue and parking lots to ensure a safe and fun concert experience for all.
