Missoula’s Lil’ Smokies Announce New Album ‘Changing Shades’
Missoula’s very own Lil’ Smokies have announced the release date for their second studio album, ‘Changing Shades’! The album will be released just before the band embarks on a seven week Campfire Caravan Tour with friends The Brothers Comatose & Mipso (set to hit Missoula at The Wilma on September 28th, 2017).
Due out on September 15th, ‘Changing Shades’ was recorded during one week long session at SnowGhost Music in beautiful Whitefish, Montana.
“We wanted to duplicate the energy of our live shows. It’s a perfect mixture of improvisation and composition.” says Andy Dunnigan, lead songwriter, singer and dobro player.
The album is now available for pre-order via the bands website. Tickets for the September 28th event at The Wilma are on sale now at The Top Hat box office and online while supplies. More information on the event can be found here.
