JUST ANNOUNCED: George Winston to Play Benefit Concert for ZACC in Missoula
Acclaimed solo-pianist George Winston will return to The Wilma in Missoula on May 27th to perform a concert benefitting the Zootown Arts Community Center.
George Winston’s concerts feature a variety of styles including melodic folk piano, New Orleans R&B piano, and stride piano. He’s one of the most recognized solo pianists in the world and has released 14 solo piano albums since 1972.His latest album was released in March 2017 and is titled SPRING CAROUSEL-A CANCER RESEARCH BENEFIT. Since 1986, George has been raising money for service organizations in every community he visits while on tour.

For The Wilma performance, George Winston and the Logjam Foundation will donate merchandise and concert proceeds to Zootown Arts Community Center in Missoula, a non profit that provides all ages arts education, fosters sustainable community development, and promotes accessible, life-enriching art experiences for Missoula residents and visitors.
