Located in downtown Missoula, The Wilma combines the historic character of a 1921 theater with all the amenities artists and concertgoers would expect in a modern concert venue.

In 2015, the Wilma changed ownership and underwent a major renovation.  Without compromising the historic character of the venue, the new ownership made significant investments which include, but were not limited to, restored interior finishes, new bar and service areas, new heating and cooling infrastructure, new electric service, new production capabilities on the stage and improved artist facilities.

The cornerstone of the improvements included an entirely new sound system and stage lighting capabilities — installing one of the best sound systems in the country for a venue under 3,000 capacity.

Floor

The main floor of the theatre consists of 3 flat tiers. The tiering system allows the venue to accommodate a general admission, standing room only concert all the way to a banquet style wedding reception and all points in between.

Is there a coat check at The Wilma?

The Wilma does NOT have a coat check. Please plan accordingly.

Can I drink at The Wilma?

You most certainly can! The Wilma now has a full liquor license. To purchase alcohol while attending an event at The Wilma, patrons must present a valid government-issued photo ID and be at least 21 years of age.

Please note: The Wilma is an all ages venue and takes this rule very seriously. Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to purchase, hold or consume alcohol. Any patron found purchasing, holding or consuming alcohol without a valid form ID will be immediately ejected from the venue. Any patron found providing drinks to minors will be immediately ejected and banned from the venue. No exceptions. The Wilma will also deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification.

Is there an ATM?

Yes, ATM service is available inside of the venue.

What forms of payment are accepted within the venue?

The venue accepts cash, credit and debit cards. ATM service is also available. Checks are not accepted.

Purchasing Tickets

Advance tickets can be purchased online through the event page, in person at The Top Hat, over the phone by calling Ticketfly at (877) 987-6487 and at The Wilma Box Office on the day of the show

Online tickets will be available until 5:00 PM on the day of the show. After which remaining tickets may be purchased at the Box Office while supplies last.

For ADA seating, please contact us as soon as possible so proper accommodations can be arranged.

*Please note: We highly recommend that patrons only buy tickets directly from the venue or from the above mentioned ticket outlets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS. There is no guarantee that these tickets will be valid. We cannot reprint or refund you for an invalid ticket. Logjam Presents has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any third party vendors.

Will Call/Mobile/Print At Home

Will Call

If a customer elects to have his or her tickets retrieved at will call, the physical tickets will only be available at the venue Box Office on the day of the show. In order to pick up the purchased tickets, the purchaser must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.

Mobile

If a customer elects to have his or her tickets available via mobile their ticket will be emailed to them upon purchase confirmation and available on their mobile device to be scanned at the door. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they have access to their mobile tickets and are able to open and present the scannable bar code to the door staff upon entry. If the patron is unable to present a valid ticket at the door they will not be permitted into the venue. No exceptions.

Print at Home

Print At Home tickets must be printed before the show and the physical paperwork must be presented at the door with a scannable bar code. A confirmation email will not suffice.

Box Office/Will Call

The Wilma Box Office/Will Call is located directly in front of the theatre underneath the iconic marquee at 131 Higgins Ave. The Box Office is only open on days of events and will generally open 90 minutes prior to the advertised door time. Door times can be found in the event page.

ACCESSIBILITY/ADA/ALD's

ACCESSIBILITY | The Wilma’s main floor is accessible to wheelchairs. ADA compliant restrooms are available on the main floor of the venue. The Wilma does not have elevator access to balcony seating.

ADA | Although the Wilma does have ADA seating, there is no separate ticket purchasing option to guarantee these seats. If you need an ADA seat, please purchase a GA/floor ticket and contact us as soon as possible so the proper arrangements can be made.

The venue holds a limited allotment of seating for patrons with disabilities, available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

ALD | Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request. Please contact us as soon as possible so the proper arrangements can be made.  The venue has access to a limited allotment of ALD’s, available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

Ticketing FAQ's

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under the age of 2 are permitted without a ticket but must have adequate hearing protection. No strollers or large bags will be allowed into the venue. Please leave these items in your car. Bringing babies or small children to concerts or movies is generally not recommended.

Can my friend pick up my tickets?

If someone else is picking up your tickets please provide this person with the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets and a photocopy of your picture ID. For additional assistance, please contact Ticketfly Customer Service.

Can I visit my friends who have tickets in a different section?

Patrons may mingle in common areas during breaks in the performance but all ticket holders must stay within their designated ticket areas during the performance.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. Unless a show is cancelled, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an event is cancelled, please seek your refund from the point of purchase. For more information on ticketing, please contact Ticketfly customer support.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Unless otherwise noted, The Wilma is an all ages venue.

All persons, regardless of age, need a ticket to enter the venue for an event. We generally recommend not bringing babies to concerts or movies.

If you are bringing a child to the venue, please bring ear protection for your child. Please also review our prohibited items to prevent issues upon entry.

Re-Entry

There is no re-entry. Once you are in, you are in. Patrons may exit to the designated fresh air section but will not be granted re-entry if they step outside the gated area. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly.

Photo/Video/Audio Recording

The Wilma does not allow any professional photo, video or audio recording unless it has been pre-approved by the artist and the venue. Flash photography is never allowed, as it disrupts the experience of artists and guests.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking

There is no smoking allowed in The Wilma per state law. For most events, there is an outdoor smoking area available to patrons that opens approximately 45 minutes after the ticketed show time.

Electronic/Vapor smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the venue but are permitted for use in the outdoor smoking area.

For the safety of our guests, when entering the venue for a concert all patrons are subject to bag searches and screening, including but not limited to metal detector wands.

The following items are prohibited inside the venue. This list is subject to change on a show by show basis. The venue reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, which items are not permitted inside the venue.

  • Outside beverages
  • Outside food
  • Camelbacks
  • Weapons (including concealed firearms and pocket knives)
  • Anything that can be construed as a weapon by management
  • Pepper spray, Mace, etc.
  • Pets (except for service animals)
  • Laser pointers
  • Glow sticks
  • GoPros
  • Selfie sticks
  • Tablets (IE: iPad, Kindle, etc.)
  • Large bags

Lost & Found

Lost items found at the venue will be taken to the Top Hat Lounge the day following the performance and will be held for up to two weeks. Please come into The Top Hat to look for and claim your lost item(s).
