JUST ANNOUNCED: The Acacia Strain Will Bring Their Deathcore to Missoula

Deathcore rock band The Acacia Strain have confirmed a tour stop in Missoula at the Top Hat on August 7, 2018.

Stemming from multiple other bands The Acacia Strain originally formed in Chicopee, Massachusetts in 2001.

Over the years, they’ve released eight studio albums. The band reached the Billboard Top 200 albums chart in 2008 and 2010 with Continent and Wormwood respectively. Their most recent album Gravebloom was released in 2017.

AllMusic has described the band saying they use “a bone-crushing rhythm section, apocalyptic samples, and a unique triple-guitar assault to deliver their signature blend of hardcore punk, noise, death metal and doom metal.

Artists similar to The Acacia Strain include: Emmure, Knocked Loose, Carnifex, and After the Burial.

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday May 4th and will be available at The Top Hat, online or by phone at (877) 987-6487. All tickets are general admission standing room only with limited bench seating available on a first come first served basis.
