Paleo, Whole30, and Plant-based: Top Hat’s New Resolution Menu

If you want to make 2019 a Happy New Year, start by making it a Healthy New Year with the Top Hat’s new Resolution Menu.

The Resolution Menu offers several delicious and creative options that are paleo, Whole30 compliant, and plant-based. This makes it easy and convenient to order food that you know won’t compromise your diet.

And of course, each item on the Resolution Menu stays true to the Top Hat model – locally sourced and made from scratch.

Head Chef, Billy Metzger, is particularly excited about the Mongolian Salad, which can be made with flat iron beef or oyster mushrooms for a vegetarian dish. The base of the salad is baby kale with orange, radish, carrot, sautéed onion and peppers — all tossed in house made *tumeric apple cider vinaigrette. It’s topped with apple and sliced cauliflower for a satisfying crunch.
*Tumeric is known to have several health benefits including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant stimulation

“I’m very happy with all these dishes. I never want to serve a dish without balanced flavors and balancing flavors takes a lot more thought when you are not adding sugar. For this menu, myself and Craig really embraced the challenge of coming up with fun, filling and exciting balanced flavor profiles while adhering to the standards of Paleo eating.”  – Billy

Sous Chef, Craig Thomas, recommends the Oyster Mushroom Pho, made with cucumber noodles, cilantro, radish, green onion ginger slaw, and house-made asian mushroom broth.

“We are focused on what we put in our dishes, so that you know what goes in your body.” – Craig

Whether or not you’re on a paleo diet, we recommend you try one of these delicious new Resolution items to see for yourself that healthy tastes great at the Top Hat.
