Avoid Scalpers: How to Safely & Securely Purchase Tickets to Logjam Events

“Where do I purchase tickets for Logjam Presents events?” Glad you asked!

We always HIGHLY RECOMMEND you purchase tickets from logjampresents.com through our official ticketing platform Ticketmaster. You can also usually purchase tickets in-person at each of our venue’s box offices, unless tickets are sold out. The only other place that’s usually safe to purchase tickets is directly through an artist’s official website.

Why are we reiterating this to you? Unfortunately, Logjam has seen an increasing number of third party resale “scalper” websites selling tickets that are grossly overpriced and/or invalid.

Here’s a list of sites to avoid:
• eventticketscenter.com
• stubhub.com
• tickets-center.com
• secureboxoffice.com
• boxoffice-center.com
• vividseats.com
• seatgeek.com
• ticketzoom.com
• viagogo.com
• ticketsnow.com
• cheaptickets.com

Logjam does not want you to get ripped off, which is why we’re urging you to only buy tickets directly through us. You’ll also notice that we often limit purchase orders to 4 or 6 tickets, so that scalpers can’t buy tickets in bulk as easily.

We also suggest that you sign up for Groove presale tickets when they’re available. Groove presales give you the opportunity to buy tickets before the general on-sale day, through a password protected purchase platform. You can sign up for Groove presales via the event pages or through our weekly newsletter.

As a special perk, Logjam offers patrons the option to buy tickets in-person at the Top Hat in Missoula and The ELM in Bozeman on big on-sale days (usually Fridays at 10am). This allows people who couldn’t get presale tickets the option to buy tickets in-person immediately when they go on-sale (while supplies last).

Logjam Presents values its patrons and we want to make sure that tickets get into the hands of real fans, not scalpers.

If you ever have questions about tickets, feel free to visit our ticketing page, email us at boxoffice@logjampresents.com, or call us at 406-830-4640.
