Indie Outfit Dr. Dog Confirms Highly Anticipated Return to Missoula
Philadelphia-based indie rock band Dr. Dog will make their highly anticipated return to the Wilma in Missoula on February 12, 2020 with support from Michael Nau. The band hasn’t been in Zootown since their show at the Wilma in 2016. Check out the old photo gallery.

The Philly rock outfit started their prolific recording career in 2002 when they self released their debut album Toothbrush. Their following three albums, Easy Beat (2005), We All Belong (2007), and Fate (2008), came out on the Park the Van record label.
They signed with Epitaph’s sister label, Anti-, in 2010 and released four more albums: Shame Shame (2010), Be the Void (2012), B-Room (2013), and The Psychedelic Swamp (2016).
Currently, the band is with We Buy Gold Records, with whom they’ve released Abandoned Mansion (2016) and their most recent album Critical Equation (2018).
The 5-piece have achieved critical acclaim everywhere from the NY Times to Rolling Stone; massive festival appearances around the world; major tours with the likes of My Morning Jacket, M Ward, and The Lumineers; countless sold-out headline shows. They’ve appeared on Late Show with David Letterman, Conan, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Last Call with Carson Daly, and Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.
