ZACC Shares 2020 Virtual Mini Show Schedule
Through all the craziness, we’re happy to see the ZACC Mini Show go on… online to be exact! From Wednesday, March 25th to Saturday, March 28th, the ZACC will be posting videos and photos on Instagram and Facebook that describe each of the art pieces that have been created for the show.
First things first: if you want to be a part of the auction, you’ll need to register here.
Now that you have that taken care of, here’s what to expect.
12pm, Wednesday, March 25th — Main Auction goes live! (6 pieces will be saved for the live auction on Saturday)
12pm Wednesday, March 25th – Saturday, March 28th — Keep your eyes on our social media, including the Facebook event page here, so you can see the content that’s shared regarding each art piece.
10am, Saturday, March 28th — PUT ON YOUR RAINBOWS! Everyone in the community is encouraged to wear a rainbow outfit in solidarity. Those who already purchased or pulled together outfits to wear during the Mini Show, show us what you got! Post pics of yourselves in your rainbow outfits with the hashtag #minishow2020
5-6pm, Saturday, March 28th — Cocktail hour! The ZACC encourages everyone to join their friends on a Zoom conference call, or other virtual meeting outlet, socialize, have an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, and get ready for the live auction event.
6-7 PM, Saturday, March 28th — LIVE Auction Event! The ZACC will be hosting a Zoom event from 6-7 PM with social distance friendly entertainment. They’ll be auctioning off the 6 pieces that they saved for the live auction. Everyone who logs into the Zoom event will be able to see everyone else in their rainbow attire, and watch the auction. They will be able to talk to one another via the comments. The ZACC is also planning on Facebook live streaming.
