Important Ticketing Update for The Lumineers
Keep in mind that the KettleHouse Amphitheater is one of the smallest venues on The Lumineers tour, which means tickets will be hard to come by no matter what we do. However, we’ll do our best to ensure that people in line are able to purchase tickets. This isn’t a guarantee but it’s going to be the best way for us to combat online scalping activity and give our local community members better access to tickets. (If you want to increase your chances, try to be at the Top Hat well before 10am.)

The number of current presale sign-ups exceeds the available inventory by at least 5 times, which basically means that the majority of people that signed up for the Groove Presale would not get tickets.
This is also because multiple artist presales have already occurred and sold out, further limiting the available ticket inventory.
So to reiterate: instead of running the Groove Presale, we’re moving that ticket inventory over to the Public On Sale which begins at 10am on Friday, March 10th and will be concentrating on selling tickets to fans in-person at our box offices located at The Top Hat in MIssoula and The ELM in Bozeman. Again, we believe that this is the best way to get local fans tickets over out-of-state buyers and potential scalpers.
The demand for The Lumineers shows is far greater than the actual supply of tickets.
Logjam is currently looking at ticket “lottery” systems to put in place for future shows that have high demand such as this show, but that is a work in progress.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to a fantastic summer ahead.
