Employee Comp Policy

COMPLIMENTARY TICKET POLICY FOR STAFF

WHAT’S UP, CO-WORKERS?! INTERESTED IN CHECKING OUT A SHOW? HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

First Come, First Served
Complimentary tickets for employees are limited and will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Simply fill out the form below and you’ll be good to go. If you’re looking for a show that isn’t listed, unfortunately that means that no more employee COMPS are available.

Plan Ahead
All COMP requests must be made at minimum of 24 hours in advance of the event by submitting the form belowRequests made on the day of the show will be denied. No exceptions.

Employees Only
Complimentary tickets are for active employees only, meaning you are active in Orbital and consistently working shifts both when you put in the request and on the day of the show. No +1’s are permitted.

Approval
You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been approved. COMPS are for general admission tickets and you will pick up your wristband at the box office the day of the show. Receiving approval does not release you from your employment obligations and work schedule. You are responsible for obtaining approval for the time off from your direct manager. All requests for time off must also be entered on Orbital.

Denial
If plans change and you are unable to attend a show that you have received approval for, you are responsible for letting us know (even day-of!) at comps@logjampresents.com. This allows us to reallocate your COMP to another employee in line. After your 3rd no show, all future requests will be denied, per company policy.

We appreciate your hard work and hope you enjoy the show!

If you have additional questions, please send us a quick message at boxoffice@logjampresents.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
