The Cider Dinner will combine five house-made food courses prepared by Top Hat Chef Billy Metzger, with five delicious ciders from Missoula’s own Western Cider. Chef, and the owners of Western Cider, will describe the individual pairings at the beginning of each course, offering insider insights why certain food flavors are paired with a given cider. In Top Hat style, the dinner will also include live, local music from Dan Dubuque.
The Cider Dinner will be a social event, with large, community tables in which attendees will enjoy dinner “family style” with their fellow Missoulians.
