Funky, Disco, Soul is the newest local Missoula concert series with music mixed entirely on vinyl records with a live horn section.
A Soul, Funk & Disco lover at heart, Missoula’s Mark Myriad has been collecting records most of his life. Constantly searching for the smoothest and crunchiest grooves, he has amassed a cultivated collection that is itching to be unleashed on the people. Joined by a rotating cast of his exceedingly talented friends, Myriad is ready to bring you a night of the hottest Funky, Disco & Soul music curated for your dancing pleasure. Engineer by day and DJ by night, Missoula’s Mark Myriad stays true to his name when he steps behind the decks. A true music lover at heart, Myriad (aka Mark Chumrau) brings a unique variety of groovy and deep styles, always keeping the vibe fresh. A veteran on the Missoula DJ scene, Mark has been making people dance around western Montana for over a decade and has recently shared the stage with Turkuaz, Chris Lake, Shakewell, Big Gigantic & many more.
The Honey Horns
Friends and band mates since middle school, Mark Myriad & The Honey Horns (Ben Schuberg & Graeme Pletscher) have been sharing tunes and jamming together for years. Perpetuated by their shared love of music and all things funky, they are joining forces once again to spread some soul and drizzle some disco on the masses.

Coach Shane
Proudly holding the moniker of ‘Missoula’s Professor of Fun’, Coach Shane is a bonafide funk ambassador and hype man of soul. Long time DJ of ‘Party Time in America’ on KBGA radio, frontman of the psychedelic hip-hop ensemble Brute Finesse, and the host with the most of any event worth getting down to for over a decade running, he is most grateful and ready to MC this righteous throwdown of funky good times.
