1) The easiest way to purchase tickets with your Logjam gift card is by submitting the form below.
2) Gift cards can also be redeemed in-person by visiting a Logjam Presents Box Office during hours of operation.
3) Gift Cards can also be used to purchase tickets by calling the Logjam Presents Box Office at (406) 830-4640 between 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. However, phone lines fill up quickly and events frequently sell out in advance so utilizing the gift card form or visiting us during our in-person box office hours is recommended.

Things to Note
Make sure tickets are available & on sale to the general public before submitting your request
Please do not submit a ticket request form for events that are not yet on sale to the general public. For example, the Beatles were just announced to perform at a Logjam venue, presale tickets go on sale Thursday at 10am and the general public on sale starts on Friday at 10am. Since tickets are not available to the general public until Friday at 10am, any ticket request forms submitted before 10am on Friday will not be valid. Only requests made at or after the general public on sale (in this case Friday at 10am) will be honored. If you would like to participate in a ticket presale or if you are interested in purchasing tickets for a Logjam Presents event that may have higher than normal demand, we highly recommend using your standard ticket purchasing method.
Requesting tickets for multiple events
If you would like to purchase tickets to multiple events using your gift card, please submit a seperate form for each event.
Please complete the form in its entirety
In order to request tickets, gift card holders must fill out the below form in its entirety. Incomplete or incorrect information may interrupt your request. If your gift card can not cover the full amount due for the requested event tickets, Logjam Presents will follow up with a phone call for an additional payment method to cover the difference between your order total and the total balance available on your gift card. When applicable, orders can not be finalized or confirmed until the additional payment information is processed and confirmed by Logjam Presents.
All tickets will be Print at Home / Mobile
All tickets ordered from a Logjam Presents gift card will default to Print at Home / Mobile Ticket delivery. This delivery method can not be changed or adjusted. This means tickets will be emailed to customers upon purchase confirmation and can either be scanned on your mobile device or printed. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they have access to their mobile tickets and are able to open and present the scannable bar code to the door staff upon entry. If the patron is unable to present a valid mobile or printed ticket at the door they will not be permitted into the venue.
Requests processed in the order by which they are received
All requests will be processed in the order they were received. All requests will be reviewed within (3) business days of the original request entry. If there is an issue with your form entry, Logjam Presents will follow up via phone and/or email.
Requests are not guaranteed
All ticket requests made through this form are not guaranteed to be filled. While we will do our best to fulfill all orders as requested, on occasion, due to high demand, not all ticket requests can be fulfilled. If you are interested in purchasing tickets for a Logjam Presents event that may have higher than normal demand, we highly recommend using your standard ticket purchasing method.
