NOW HIRING: Kitchen Manager (KettleHouse Amphitheater)

This is a seasonal position that will help manage, supervise, and coordinate the kitchen operations at the KettleHouse Amphitheater. There will be opportunities for continued employment at the Top Hat restaurant in Missoula when the KettleHouse Amphitheater concert season ends in September 2024.

Location | Bonner, Montana – KettleHouse Amphitheater

Reporting Relationship | You will work closely with the Head Chef to learn recipes, techniques and procedures.

Pay | $26/hour + overtime. In addition, a $7,000 bonus will be payed upon completion of the 2024 season at the KettleHouse Amphitheater (May – October).

Professional Responsibilities | You will assume duties that are generally associated with the position of Kitchen Manager. These duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Manage staff, including scheduling prep days and day of show service
• Coordinate food orders and deliveries
• Supervise food prep and kitchen service
• Train kitchen staff on prepwork and food plating procedures
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards

Requirements | You must meet these requirements for employment consideration.

• Hands on experience planning and ordering ingredients and maintaining stock.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Conflict management abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking in a kitchen environment.
• ServSafe Certification
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety practices
