Counting Crows Announce Concert at KettleHouse Amphitheater with Dashboard Confessional

Multi-platinum selling alt-rock band Counting Crows will perform live along the banks of the Blackfoot at KettleHouse Amphitheater on September 19, 2023 with Dashboard Confessional.

Counting Crows have captivated audiences worldwide for more than 25 years. With seven studio albums and over 20 million records sold, they are widely considered to be one of the most successful alternative artists over the past two decades.

In 2021, Billboard ranked the band as the 8th greatest Adult Alternative Artist of all time. A few of their hit songs include the classic “Mr. Jones,” their cover of Joni Mitchell’s “Big Yellow Taxi,” and Shrek‘s “Accidentally in Love,” which was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song, Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song, and the Grammy Award for Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media.

Their critically acclaimed seventh studio album, Somewhere Under Wonderland, debuted at #10 on the charts and was hailed as their best collection of songs since their 7x platinum debut,  August and Everything After. Their latest EP, Butter Miracle: Suite One, came out in 2021.

Dashboard Confessional, led by singer-songwriter and guitarist Chris Carrabba, are known for their emotionally charged lyrics and acoustic instrumentation. Their 2002 live album, MTV Unplugged 2.0, was platinum certified and peaked at #1 on the Top Heatseekers chart and the Top Independent Albums chart. One of their most popular songs, “Vindicated,” was featured on Spider-Man 2‘s soundtrack.
