The former Orbital Shift app is no longer supported and all staff must move to the new Orbital Shift “PWA” (an app, downloaded from the internet, not from the app store).

We want to inform you that the Employee Handbook has been updated to reflect important changes and improvements. Please take a moment to review the updated document to stay informed about the latest policies and procedures.

Here are the key updates included in this version:

• • Drug/Alcohol Work Policy– Guidelines and expectations including zero tolerance for intoxication or being under the influence while at work.
• • Health & Safety Protocols– Updated procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• • Code of Conduct– Revisions to our standards of behavior, including new guidelines on after-hours/off-the-clock expectations and breaks.
• • Time-Off Policies– Modifications to leave of absence policies, including a clearer process for long-term time off requests.
• • Employee Benefits– Updates on health insurance options and eligibility requirements.
• • Dress Code Policy– Updates on acceptable attire and presentation of employee appearance and hygiene.

As the new year approaches and we prepare your W-2, we want to make sure your personal info is correct and you’re paying taxes to the right state.

Income taxes are based on the state where you work (even if you work from home). If you have an incorrect work address, you may have been paying taxes incorrectly which could result in penalties down the line.

Here’s what you need to go check and update before the end of the year:

• Personal Info (legal name, home address, etc.)
• Work Address

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG?

If your legal name or work address are incorrect, contact Top Hat Payroll (HumanResources@logjampresents.com) so they can update it for you ASAP. If your home address is wrong, update it in your account before the end of the year.

WHAT IF I CAN’T ACCESS MY GUSTO ACCOUNT?

If you can’t access your Gusto account, please call Gusto Authentication at (628) 246-1969.

WHEN WILL I GET MY W-2?

Your W-2 will be available to download through your Gusto account – we will email you when it’s ready. You can manage your delivery preference in “Job & Pay“.
